Didn't receive board after 1.5 months, customer support ignored all (3) emails

Hi,

I have made a purchase in Arduino store on December 21 and since then haven't received anything.

In the email with the invoice there was "If you have any questions, please let us know.", so I did reply (to shop@arduino.cc). A week passed - no answer.
Then I went to Arduino Official Store | Boards Shields Kits Accessories, filled in the form and submitted (I wasn't logged in then). A week later no response.
I went to the Store Support page again, logged in, filled in the form and submitted. Yet again - no response.

Now, what the hell is going on? Does customer support even exist here or what?

The forum is not the Store, we have no insight into what goes on there.

I should email their customer support then, I suppose? Oh, wait, I did that 3 times and never heard back. Jokes on me and my 40€ then, right?

Sorry, I was angry earlier. I have channeled my anger into that contact form and sent them a couple more emails. I'll post here if I do receive a reply eventually.

Make sure their replies aren't being redirected by your spam filter into the junk mail folder.

Good advice in general, but this is not my case. I don't have any filters set up and junk box is empty.

Update: I did finally get attention after opening a case in PayPal. I got refund of the shipping cost, but they processed the order so fast this time, that I couldn't cancel it altogether anymore :smiley:
