Difference between Arduino UNO R3 and Arduino Duemilanove

I am connecting a Zigbee pro s1 wire atenna to my Arduino. I am mounting the ZigBee over a custom made shield and mounted it over the Arduino. The Zigbee is operating on pins 0 and 1 of the Arduino. I tried the shield with Duemilanove and it works perfectly! and the board receives every thing by the ZigBee.But with the UNO, it's not working! It receives nothing!. What is the problem?

Do you have schematics or a photo of the custom made shield? Or at least a detailed description of every connection from the Arduino to the ZigBee.
