Difference between leonardo ethernet and arduino ethernet

I do not understand what are the differences between this 2 boards:

Do you think one of them will be soon deprecated ? Which one ?

The difference I see is the micro. One board has the 328 (same micro as in e.g. the Uno), the other one the 32U4 (same micro as in e.g. the Leonardo, hence the name).

For me, both boards are new (but that does not mean anything). The 32U4 is, in my view, the processor that offers more flexibility; but it might not be compatible with some existing shields that are designed with the Uno in mind.

Thank you, I got it.
