Different motor speed on Arduino Robot platform

Hi girls and guys,

I bough Arduino robot recently and today I realised that I have some strange problem with it. When I "say" to my robot to go forward it starts going to the left. After some investigation I realised that voltage on the left motor is ~1v less than on the right one (and it spins slower than the right one). Did anyone have same or similar problem or knows what could be a problem here ?

You think on "Change the motor speed with the potentiometer"? The problem is when I write for example "Robot.motorsWrite(55, 55)" left motor is not spinning, right is spinning. I did not found any advice in guide how to fix this.
