Difficulty in changing frequency of PWM in arduino uno and simulink interface

Hello all, I am trying to change the PWM frequency other than 490 Hz using support package in the simulink and arduino uno interface.but unable to get so.can anybody guide me how to get PWM of different frequency?.

Try asking whoever made the Simulink model.
