Then I don’t know, I did this without adding file via option and got the error, then added it via option SAVED and RESTARTED and error has gone. show screenshot of your screen with IDE opened with code and error
yep, it just shows that you haven’t added the file. when you add files IDE adds them to new tabs, so you see more than one tab open. you have just one, meaning you haven’t added it.

I have the file in .txt, does that influence anything?
what the file you include is .h and the file you have is .txt? obviously this won’t work
and do you know how to change it? im new at this
First make windows show file extensions How to Make Windows Show File Extensions
Then rename your header file from blahblah.h.txt to blahblah.h
Put it next to .ino file
Add it with AddFile option
Save
Restart IDE
