In case anyone is curious--planning on using loadstarsensors.com. They're the only place I could find that offers nice outputs for their scales. I'll want up to 1kg with a .1g precision. Money isn't an issue but I'd rather it not be horribly expensive. Willing to tr a different micro controller if I have to as well. I like arduino though
