Here's what I've got so far.
Currently measuring the number of tachometer pulses per 200ms. Not very accurate.
Filtering some noise in software. (pulses that are too close together) The second display is showing the number of discarded puses.
-Circuit needs a redesign to filter more noise.
Then code that measures time between pulses should work, and be much more accurate.
Suggestions?
