digitalread() method doesn't work over Firmata-Windows Remote Arduino

Hi guys,
Yesterday I've spent a lot time to understand why digitalread() method doesn't work using Universal Windows Platform.

Shortly, I tried using another PC with Windows 10 (2017-08 updated), installed from store "Windows Remote Arduino Experience", setted some digital pin as INPUT and connected 5v (or 3.3v) by pressing a button doesn't work.

Strange thing is that if I use the firmata tool (downloaded from http://firmata.org/wiki/Main_Page) it work and if I don't disconnect Arduino uno in my case from USB (after closing Exe) when I open again Win10 app it work. After disconnect Arduino from USB it doesn't work again.

Thanks in advance if can someone confirm the same issue.
