dim 70V LED-Strip

Hi,

I have a Power Led-Spot, which right now is powered through a LED Controlgear (Converter) which gets 230V from the jack and puts out 70V which then goes to the Power LED-Strip.
Now I would like to use the Arduino (PWM-Pin) to dim the LEDs. So I am looking for a modul to put between the Conenverter (70V output) and the LED-Spot.

I would really appreciate if someone would know what this modul is called, or even what else I can use to dim the Power-Led Strips interactively?

Thanks a Lot!

I doubt if anyone makes such a module, but basically it will consist of an opto isolator and FET switch in the top of the power supply.

It is something that any competent engineer could easy make, but whether you want to embark on such a project is unclear as you are asking for modules to do it for you.

sorry, i didn't fully understand.

If I use a FET, which possibilities do I have to / what do I have to do to dim the LED-Spot using the Arduino board?

what do I have to do to dim the LED-Spot using the Arduino board?

If you use a FET and opto isolator you just feed one of the Arduino's PWM signals into it to dim like a normal LED.

ok, thanks. Lets say my LED-Spot need arround 210V / 350mA
Is it still possible to just put one of this FETs in between:

Thanks?

No that FET only goes up to 100V. Do you mean 210V DC? If so think of looking at one of those solid state relays for DC. Most do AC.
