Dimming 0-10v Dimmable LED Driver (56k warning)

Wondering how I would wire this to an arduino. I don't think that it requires an extra 10v power source since it provides it's own compared to the usual meanwell LED drivers that I have seen. Should I use a Mosfet or a Transistor? , and if so how do I go about setting it up. Same driver as this one

except that it does not have PWM ports, just the DIM, and LED connectors.

Here's a picture:

(Sorry for the massive picture, couldn't re-size it... )

Currently have a 10k pot connected.

Thanks!
