Dimming this light fitting possible? (and white colour changing too!)

Requirements :

  1. To be able to remotely dim the lamps.

  2. If at all possible, change the white colour (warm/neutral/cool).

I've added the specs to the first image and details of the attached transformer housed in the top casing.

Any pointers or ideas of how I could implement this?

My home network consists of mostly Hue lamps and dimmers (no hub), Zigbee2mqtt, Node Red, Home Assistant, and I'm pretty handy with soldering and am a qualified electrician, albeit not up to date on current regs.

yes. it is no problem to dim 12V halogen lamp.
and/or switch off some bulb of 5.

Some are sort of. At low dimming the tungsten will deposit on the bulb rather than back on the filament due to the halogen cycle not working at lower temperatures. This will darken the bulb and cause premature filament failure.

How would I achieve that practically in this case?

I’m open to swapping to LED bulbs, if there is a type that can colour change?

open it,
find TL431(oops, tl 341 was typo) or what ever it use for feedback circuit,
control it,
profit!
