Dis-abling the serial reset

High guy's
Does anyone know how to dis-able the reset that is generated by the serial line.?

My Bio reactor prog is coming on fine and I am using a laptop to display messages during the process, but after the sequence has started I can not allow a reset from the computer to stop/start the process in mid flow, I could end up with overheated Methanol which could be explosive or oil being pumped back into the holding tank.

Is there a track on the board that I could cut and maybe put a switch across so I can reprogram in the future.

You don't say what board you have but there is a capacitor going from the reset line back to the USB chip, trace the PCB track or look it up on the appropriate arduino schematic an PCB layout. Just unsolder the capacitor or cut the track and put a switch in.

Its OK guy's I have just found the Reset-en link on the board and the description in the specs.
