A few times, including this morning, I have loaded a sketch to find that it has reverted to an older version, why is this happening and is there somewhere I can recover the lost work ?

Okay, just found the .cpp file which still has the missing code in it, but why did this happen in the sketch file ?

I looked all over "rcarduino.blogspot.com" but don't see anything related to this issue. Why are you including it?
