I need a display for outdoor use:
320x240, monochrome (black and white is better), no touch required.
I was considering a 320x240 mono OLED, but the controller specification was a little confusing for me.
I am having problems to find the correct part.
Please, I would love to receive some recommendations...
I believe some friends here have more experience to point the correct direction.

That particular size is hard to find in "hobby" quantities, but here's a link to a manufacturer:
If you can live with a lower resolution, 128x64 transflective monochrome LCDs are more easily available (e.g. UC1701/ST7920/ST7565 for around $4 each single piece)
There are "sunlight readable" displays from buydisplay.com (they do ship single displays also). E.g. this one: https://www.buydisplay.com/default/4-7-inch-graphics-lcd-display-240x128-module-t6963-black-on-white (Note: The controller is a little bit old and only has a parallel interface)
