I have no idea where this display came from and I can't find a datasheet on it.
Can anyone find any info on it?
Well, it's a cellphone display. Those tend to be pretty random, and unless you have a lot of experience or find someone else posting the spec based on wherever you got it ("This display from this surplus vendors is the XXX model YYY, used in ZZZZ model AAA cellphones. It's pinout is ...")

In fact, given the cap placement in your photos, you MIGHT have a very similar board (but with a flat cable and part of the circuitry already there.)
