Display turns to 30% bright when LED is on

Hello,

I have small problem, if i light a led (5V + pin 12 on arduino MEGA) the LCD display falls in brightness (letters is not vissible as much)

Can you help me how to fix it?

Post your code and a diagram of how your circuit is constructed.

Is the LCD connected to pin 12 in any way ?
Have you got a resistor in series with the LED ?

That meaned LED is called "ledka"

I have a resistor on + led. - is turned to 5V directly to arduino port and led is directly hooked to pin 12

I found that description of how it is wired hard to follow. Can you provide a diagram, even if it is hand drawn.

problem solved, it is bugging only when it's powered up by USB from PC, if i connect 11,1v lipo battery, it's fine.

That doesn't sound like a solution, it should work when powered from the USB.
