Displaying sensor data

Hello, I'm a completely new to using Arduino, so may have bitten off more than I can chew! I'm trying to get the sensor data from my rain sensor and temperature / humidity sensor to show on my phone. I have figured out how to make my UNO Wi-Fi Rev2 broadcast in Access Point mode, get it connected to my phone and display a page.

I can separately get the sensors to display their output on to serial monitor, but not to the web page.

I would really appreciate some guidance - Thank you in advance.

Maybe it works with your sensor and some code adaptation.
