Is there is a way to divide 12v to 5v and 5v. Is there is a regulator buck that can do that?
Why do you think you need two 5V outputs?

There are a lot of buck regulators that may do the job. You want 5V but at what current? This will give you the voltage but there will be no division. If you divide your 5V load by 2 that is about what your 12V will have to supply.
