Use hot wax dripping onto an XY moveable wire that submerges under the water surface, step by step lowering Z product under cold water as hot wax accumulates on the product.

This is the place for advice about Arduinos.
The Reprap forum is the place for advice about 3D printing (including 3D printing using Arduinos). (I'm pretty sure Google would know this).
