Hi everyone,
I have some small experience with arduino, and have done some small projects although I am overall, very inexperienced with arduino/ microcontrollers.
My idea:
take this: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=&sku=934531&gclid=CPvIg77hqL8CFQaJaQodUHwAgQ&Q=&is=REG&A=details
(IOGEAR AVIOR 4-Port HD HDMI Switcher with IR Remote & RS-232 Support)
an arduino
and a crossfader
to make the poor-man version of a production video Mixer
I was thinking that I could basically connect to where the buttons are and solder the connections to mix between the inputs and splice the led wire for the tally.
any ideas?
Hi, you can't use that hdmi switch to mix. It is a switch! You cannot use a fader to mix digital video signals either. So I don't think your idea can work. Sorry.
