DIY on permanently configuring H-Bridges?

Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out where to start on permanently configuring H-Bridges. I have a configuration I want to keep and am ready to move past the breadboard. Is there a DIY on how to best solder/hook this up? Thanks everyone!

PS: I'm using Texas Instruments H-Bridges. (SN-75441)

There are various options, such as stripboard, prototyping board, making your own PCB. Depends
how neat you want it and how much effort you want to take.
