DIY Oriental Motor Speed Controller

I have 2 motors like these, there is 3 wires on the motor, Black, White and yellow, and 2 blue on the end of the tachogenerator.

I want to be able to build an Arduino controller to control these motors to use for a cnc router.

with the 25:1 reducer it rotates at 72 rpm, and with a 5" diameter pulley it should be fast enough for my router table.

Can anyone please help me with this, I am a programmer by trade and the hardware is a hole new area that I am trying to learn

Thank you

The motor nameplate states 6W (6 watts) so I doubt very much they will be able to drive a router head. "Normal" routers typically spin at several thousand rpm and consume several hundred watts

I will be using these for the x and y all I will be cutting is 6mm foam and hopefully some balsa. I will be using a dremell for the acutal cutting.
