The manufacturer only sends me documents that are not helpful.

Sorry, but you haven’t provided enough information about what you have and what you want to accomplish. I’m a bit old-fashioned, but I like to review documentation before purchasing something unfamiliar. I've given up a few times in the past due to lack of necessary information. I’m not sure what documents the manufacturer has sent you or what specific information you need, please elaborate.
