DMX Receiving with Arduino

I want to make some DMX receiving projects. It seems like some people have had some success around here. Please can someone post a fully working project (the code) with some instructions? It would be a great starting point for a lot of people!

I have the http://blog.wingedvictorydesign.com/ solution working but only with arduino 0016.

It works quite well. I am working on a LCD menu for addressing.
