Yes. That is, if the membrane and the keypad use the same pin arrangement.
Most keypads / keyboards operate on a matrix layout - rows & columns. Whether it's a keypad, membrane, array of buttons, etc.
It would help if we knew what this keypad of yours is, and what you would like to replace it with.
As it is, the question is akin to:
I have a piece of cheese. Does it taste like this other piece of cheese?
i.e., completely meaningless.
However, if you'd said:
I have a piece of 3 year old Gorgonzola. Does it taste like 2 year old Camembert?
