Do i need to use resistors to connect the OV7670 Camera to the Arduino Nano?

Hi there,
Basically i'm starting a new project using the OV7670 Camera and conneting it to the Arduino Nano. Im following a tutorial (Tutorial Here) and the image for connecting the two components show that you need a 4.7k Resistor and a 10k resistor.

However, I don't have those at hand and it would take me a while to go out and buy them. Do I really need to use them??
