When we are using pixy, and we have a program where it is detecting object, does it takes a pc for pixy to detect and analyse object?

No it doesn't require a PC. That is why Pixy is so amazing.
But it helps to get started. You can see what Pixy sees with the PC app. When you have it configured correctly, unplug and go do what you came to do.
