So are the powers-that-be know the top menu is missing?

On some platforms the top menu of the forum is missing. Makes navigation the forum a bit tricky at times. I was thinking this place is pretty confusing 'till I looked at it on my iPone and found the missing menu bar. Safari 11.2 has not top menu bar. -jim lee
