Do you need a maker plan to use webhooks? (MKR GSM 1400)

I have been following along this guide https://support.arduino.cc/hc/en-us/articles/360013896199-How-to-integrate-the-Arduino-IoT-with-IFTTT. It seems like there has been an update since this guide was made. I did some looking around and found this post with the same issue here UI Update to IoT Cloud: Where did the Webhooks/IFTTT features go? - IoT Cloud - Arduino Forum. The picture at the bottom of the second post shows where to find the link. I am looking in the same spot and webhooks are not there. See attached photo. I am working with a MKR GSM 1400 board. Let me know if it is possible to use webhooks with this board.

Open the thing page and look at the bottom of the page: there should be a "Set webhook" button
