Has anyone produced a pdf of the language reference documentation including all the command examples? If so, where can I get a copy?

It probably won't offer you a solution, but there is a previous discussion on the subject starting here:

The takeaway is that the Arduino Language Reference evolves over time. Unless it is regularly refreshed, any PDF you find will be prone to becoming outdated.
The ideal would be an automated system that generates a new PDF every time a change is made to the Arduino Language Reference source content. It is definitely doable, but I'm not aware that anyone has ever done it.
