Does Adafruit BusIO work with Portenta H7 boards?

I'd like to use a Arduino Portenta H7 board with Adafruit Breaakout Boards. The Portenta boards are supported with the drivers arduino/ArduinoCore-mbed. The breakout boards depend on adafruit/Adafruit_BusIO.

I could not find any info about if Adafruit_BusIO supports Portenta Boards.

Does someone know if SPI and I2C work with Portenta H7 boards?

@TomGeorge Yes, I did. I could not find any "MCU compatibility table" or something like that. If you know some would be great if you could post it here :wink:

@TomGeorge The thing is that these drivers to not work with all architectures! This is the reason I'm explicitly asking :wink:
