Know what this guys is doing on the arduino end of this, or is he prob just pumping random number into it.
My guess is that he is reading a potentiometer with an analog input on the Arduino board. Then he is using the value read from the pot. to set the speed at which he is triggering the sound in the bend device.

oh ok thanks so i take it it would be fairly easy to do, to bend with the arduino i mean.
and btw i really like "dream transmission" a lot man really good track, dong very well.

I can see serveral uses for Arduino in a bending context.
Triggering things, acting like a gobetween from PC / MIDI to bend devices. Using digital potentiometers to control pitch. Probably many more.
