Probably.
But if you want help with sending data to Thingspeak (or anywhere else) you probably should start by showing us the code you are using to read the DHT20 sensor.

No I have not found the answer to the other problem
So I suggest you to solve one problem at a time. Forget about Thingspeak for a while and try to obtain reliable data from your DHT20 module.
