Does ESP Wroom 32E supports BLE 5.0 or 5.3. How can i upgrade BLE 4.2 to BLE 5.0/5.3

I want to use exact same features minimum similar to ESP Wroom 32E. It has BLE4.2 which i want to upgrade to 5.0 or 5.3.. How to do that , tell me solution please.

I want to keep features like , bluetooth, wifi, Modbus, ethernet, in it.... If not is there another ESP chip existing having same features as Wroom 32 having , but only change is BLE higher version.
