Does force quitting arduino(pulling out USB) can cause arduino board damaged?

So I bought a Arduino Leonardo some days ago, and tested a blink code several times.
I didn't know how to end loop() code so I just pulled the usb cable attached to my Arduino like 3-4 times, and now it keeps saying 'USB device not recognized'.

I tried connecting it to another PC and it keeps saying the same thing. Is it because something is wrong with my board itself not the driver or other things related to that? I haven't heard that forcing the code out will cause the board down.

Unless it was done in the middle of an upload, gently unplugging the USB cable should not have any chance of damaging your Arduino board. This is something all Arduino users do many thousands of times every day without any problem.

Make sure you have the USB cable fully inserted in the USB jack on the Leonardo as well as you computer.

Check you haven’t broken the connector
