Does is possible to transmit data from multiple rf transmitter ,one rf receiver able to receive one at a time

Not unless the several transmitters are somehow synchronized among themselves to prevent more then one to transmit at any specific time, otherwise there will be stepping all other each other with no meaningful data to be able to be received, so some kind of collision avoidance protocol will need to be implemented.
