Does Pro Micro work with I2C ?

Does the Pro Micro board work with I2C because unlike the UNO it does not have A4 & A5 for SDA and SCL lines.
Thanks for any guidance

Mine is a clone the pins A4/A5 are not on the edge of the board, they near A2/A3 .
Using I2C to an LCD display.
