Hi I am looking to buy this board so I can use wifi and bluetooth and run a relay switch to an electric lock, but I dont see any place for the power supply to connect to the board... am I missing something? Does this board have one?
It has a VIN pin.
However you should NOT exceed the specification for that pin voltage wise. (recommended 5 volt MAX 6)
Current wise you are fine with more rather than less.
There is a Vin pin on the Arduino boards from where you can power up the board. Please make sure, it can hold max 6V only. Don't go more than that otherwise, it will fry your board.
FYI, if you will read under the overview tab of mkr 1010 store page.
Its USB port can be used to supply power (5V) to the board. It has a Li-Po charging circuit that allows the Arduino MKR WiFi 1010 to run on battery power or an external 5 volt source, charging the Li-Po battery while running on external power. Switching from one source to the other is done automatically.
