Doesn't work from work's network

Hello.
When I try to use the Wed Editor connected to work's network , it stuck on 'BUSY' and in output it stopped on 'Upload started'.
After I connected to internet by my cellphone it works properly.
I don't see any problem with download file there only with 'Upload' command.

Please support.

Maybe your Work network is blocking it - you would need to speak to your Work IT Support about that.

Is there anyone else at your Work using it successfully?

I don't know whether somebody use it here. I use it not for Work.
What my Work's network can block ? I can download sketch from the web editor. I'm guessing the Arduino Agent should download the sketch and upload to the board.

May be when you are on the corporate network the Arduino Web Editor plugin needs to be whitelisted in the corporate firewall?

A Corporate network is likely to have advanced firewall/filtering/blocking options.

Probably best not to use it at Work, then!
There will probably be logs indicating attempts to use blocked routes - so you may be getting a visit from IT Security ...

Probably you are right, may be agent plugin can't download the sketch due to firewall.
But to get for this support from IT (big corporation) is impossible, they will just say 'Not allowed app by IT and not for company product target , don't use it'.

The same problem I faced after I installed Arduino IDE at the first start it just was stuck on loading screen . After I connected to my cellphone network stated quickly and download some stuffs.

well you are bypassing the security posture of your company which is there for a good reason.

Remember the agent gets stuff over the internet and pushes it to the serial port of your machine... that could be pretty nasty in general... if using arduino is not part of your job or needs then I would see their point and You should not use the corporate network (nor a corporate PC) for that

This kind of things could get you fired in some companies and as @awneil said, if the logs are audited you could be asked questions about what you were trying to do.
