Doubt about using Arduino Cloud for a commercial project

Hello,
recently i have been started to use Arduino cloud. Its very nice solution for many task, i appreciate responsive API and design.
I have a doubt if I coud use soution base on that in some small commercial project?
Cloud license allow to that ?
For example if I would to use dashboard as HIM in some project it will be legall ?
Of course, these are not industrial applications, and any responsibility rests with me. I mean whether the Arduino Cloud itself allow it from a legal perspective.
