"download historic data" on the Cloud Dashboard issue

Hi,

When I download my data through the dashboard widget I get a limited set of data.
On the "trendline" widget itself, I can see all data, but when downloading for offline use, it seems that the number of records downloaded is limited to around 11050. (logged every seconds = +- 3 hours)
I do have the maker plan which should have 15 days Cloud Data Retention.

Is there any limit that I don't know about?
Has anyone run into a similar problem?
Any suggestions on how to get the full dataset?

Not much experience with downloading historic data or larger data sets here, it seems

I have the same problem, and I cannot choose which section of data is being downloaded. Max 10970 lines

Same, it seems to start with the oldest data, and stops exporting once it reaches 11000 recorded points.

It's a bug on the cloud apparently, Arduino support working on it and should get fixed soon

I submitted a ticket to the Arduino support, they should message me again when fixed and I'll write a post here

Hi! I didn't get any message from support but the problem seems to be fixed with the update that was done yesterday, I can now download all the data. Hope it works for you too!
