Downloadable language reference

Is there a link to a downloadable language reference?

I'd like to have a soft copy with me to use when wifi isn't available.

Someone else compiled these & posted a while back, I saved a copy.

It is allready part of the IDE distribution, on my win 7 :

  • C:\Program Files (x86)\arduino-0021\reference
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\arduino-0022\reference

Yep, all the files are there. Under OS/X at:

/Applications/Arduino.app/Contents/Resources/Java/Arduino\ reference

And for my Windows XP installation, where he said, in the "reference" folder of the distribution, wherever you put that.

That doesn't make sense. How can there be a directory under a .app file?
There is nothing on my system like that- I haven't found the docs on OSX (I'm a new Mac user)

I tried opening those on my Vista system, IE8 opened them up as very little screens that were impossible to read.

Find your Applications folder. Open that. Right-click Arduino. Then select “show package contents” (see screenshot). Then drill down as shown.

Internet Explorer huh? Hmmmm.

Works OK with Firefox, see screenshot.

That's great, I've found it.
But it sucks that they put the docs there. It makes it hard to find and when I search with Spotlight, it can't find the docs either.
I need to make a shortcut or alias, so I can find these docs in the future.

Thanks

Drag the folder onto your Finder bar, whatever it’s called, see below. Then just click on it to open the docs. Then use the Search box in the Finder window to narrow it down.

Works fine here on IE8 (Vista too).
Works even great using cygwin lynx.
Never tried on my mac.
