Downloading a sketch from a board

Hello,
I have an Arduino with which I played a little a couple a month ago.
I have changed computer, and now use the Arduino plugin on my new computer (and create.arduino.cc)
I would like to download the sketch already existing in my arduino.
I can see that the sketch is running (on the left side of the screen on create.arduino.cc I can see the data displaying correctly), but when on the right side I click on the 3 dots (...) then 'download sketch', I just get a message: Error while downloading

Did I miss something? :slight_smile:

In most cases that is because of something simple such as the download folder not being correctly specified in Windows or in some cases an over zealous security software or policy or browser extension.

You neglected to mention which browser you are using or the OS.

If it is Chrome you could try running CREATE in an incognito window and see if the problem persists.
