Downloading Software DONT WORK

I try to download the software from:

but it dont works, download doesnt start

is it me or something else that makes this problem?

The problem is on your end. All of the Arduino 1.0.6 downloads work.

I have a similar problem.
I'm trying to download the Arduino UNO software.
Is Arduino 1.0.6. the correct software?
When i try to download it, it stops at 10 MB.
How it is possible to download the complete file?

What system are you trying to down load?
