I have just received my Arduino Uno Rev 3 starter kit, but have been unable to download the IDE from the website arduino.cc/en/<ain/Software. I tried to download the Windows IDE, but repeatedly received an error message #503 that the server was unavailable. Please advise how to proceed.
I tried using both a Mozilla and Chrome browser.
My OS is Windows 7 enterprise, service pack 1.
