Drive a nixie tube

Hi!

Which transistor do I need to drive a IN-4 nixie tube? I just need to switch 3 different numbers with 170V voltage. It would be best if I could use simple transistors, no need for an IC

EDIT: Done! I found the MPSA 42 transistor which is capable to drive 300Vv :slight_smile:

Remember the correct load resistor on the anode, check the correct value for your particular tube and power supply voltage.
