normaly for drive Koralia 12V it is necessary a original wave maker but this cost a lot of money.
Have you any document to drive this pump with arduino?
I have read that Koralia 12V are MP motor monophase and they working at 12V 500Hz
In Italy (sorry for my english) we haven't any information about these pomps.

No they are 12V 50Hz AC Motors. So you need to make a simple -12V~+12V square wave alternating 40Hz~60Hz frequency DC to AC inverter. Look for circuits for that.
EDIT
Further research in 2014 shows that now there are models that change their speed as the AC frequency changes.
