I am using a 64 machine running in Ubuntu 14,04. I have installed the IDE but don't know how to install the driver for the UNO board. Please help. When I try uploading the code, they are giving an error message about wrong port. And the serial port is grayed out.
Open a terminal window, run sudo dmesg, plug it in and run that again. What does it say is detected?
