Driver Installing Arduino Mega ADK, nothing happend

Hallo!

I got my Arduino Mega ADK Board this week, and i now wanted to install the drivers to program with it.

I read the instructions, but if I plug my board with a Standard USB Cable on the Computer, nothing happens. Theres no device shown in the Device Manager and theres no driver installation failing, as the instructions said. But on my Board, the green (ON-LED) and the Orange (L-LED) are on.

I tried to upload a programm, but there happend nothing besides the sketch size message. The the Progress bar stops at around 90% and thats everything.

Can you please help me?
I'm using Win7 64 and 32 Bit and Win XP but it didn't work.

That happened to me this morning. (Uno on XP). I can't reconstruct exactly how I worked around the problem but it was something like this:

Try looking under the USB devices or even devices other than serial port in the Device Manager. You are looking for an entry for a new device or an unassigned device, or something like that. If you see one, right click and go from there to install the driver per the Arduino instructions.
